Clarity before commitment. A structured two-part working session that produces a written strategic plan — objective, audience map, format recommendation, and 30–60 day follow-through strategy. Not a consultation. A deliverable-driven engagement you can act on immediately.

Most clients use this as the entry point. If you engage within 30 days, the full $2,500 credits toward any service tier.

A focused engagement for clients who are ready to move. We design the room architecture, guest strategy, run-of-show, and post-initiative follow-through. You manage vendor relationships directly — we provide the strategic framework and briefing support.

All third-party costs — venue, F&B, AV, décor — are always client-funded and tracked separately from our fee.
